When can I expect my order?

While we’d like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately we can’t control any unexpected delays during the transit process.

However, here is a little information for reference.

Allow 4-7 business days for orders to be processed. Shipping is 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

Weekends not included.

We are a small business and the processing time is to ensure both quality and accurate packaging.

 

Can I return my order?

We do not offer or accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Orders can not be canceled, nor changed once PLACED
If product comes damaged or defected, please keep all items in its original packaging along with the order slip in order to further investigate your order issue. We will ask for you to send your jewelry back to us with our prepaid shipping label and we can send you a brand new item.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder just in case!
